  • Credentials — the Xtream Codes or M3U login details used to access the Service.

Eligibility

The service

IBOMAX PRO provides digital IPTV subscription access, activation assistance and technical guidance. We deliver Credentials for use in third-party IPTV player apps. A compatible device and a stable internet connection are required. The specific channels and content available may change over time.

Digital delivery and activation

All subscriptions are delivered digitally. Activation details are generated after payment and sent by email and/or WhatsApp, usually within minutes. Delivery time may vary depending on how quickly we can reach you and confirm your device.

Free trial

We may offer a free trial so you can test the service before purchasing. Trials are provided on request, are for evaluation only, and may be limited or withdrawn at our discretion.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed through secure third-party providers. You agree to provide accurate billing information and confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.

Subscriptions, renewals and no auto-renewal

Each subscription has a fixed duration shown at checkout. We do not use automatic renewals or recurring charges. Renewal is optional and only processed when you choose to renew.

Cancellations and refunds

In summary: a free trial and a 24-hour money-back guarantee are available, and because subscriptions are digital and delivered immediately, they are otherwise non-refundable once activated and used.

Your account and credentials

  • Keep your Credentials private and secure.
  • Use your subscription on the number of devices included in your plan.
  • Do not share, resell, sublicense or publicly distribute your Credentials.

Acceptable use

You agree to use our website and service lawfully and for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

  • Use the service in any way that breaks the laws or regulations that apply to you
  • Resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the service or Credentials
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to our systems

Third-party apps and devices

Our service is used through third-party IPTV player apps (such as IPTV Smarters, TiviMate and Smart IPTV) and devices (such as Fire TV Stick and smart TVs). We are not affiliated with, and are not responsible for, these apps or devices, or any fees they may charge.

Service availability

We work to keep the service stable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Occasional maintenance, technical issues, or changes to channels and content may occur.

Intellectual property

All content on ibomaxpro.com, including text, graphics and logos, is owned by or licensed to IBOMAX PRO and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Disclaimer

The website and service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IBOMAX PRO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold IBOMAX PRO harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these Terms.

Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages, network or provider failures, or acts of government.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Assignment

You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to a successor of our business.

Entire agreement and waiver

These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them, form the entire agreement between you and us. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
