Delivery Policy

IBOMAX PRO sells digital IPTV subscriptions. There are no physical products and no shipping — everything is delivered electronically.

How your subscription is delivered

After your payment is confirmed, we generate your activation details (Xtream Codes and/or an M3U link) and send them to you by email and WhatsApp. Please make sure the contact details you provide at checkout are correct.

Delivery times

Delivery is usually within a few minutes of payment. During busy periods it may take a little longer, but we aim to activate every order as quickly as possible.

Didn't receive your details?

If you have not received your details shortly after paying, please check your email spam or junk folder, then contact us on WhatsApp or at support@ibomaxpro.com and we will resend them right away.
