Before you begin
Setup is the same idea everywhere: install an IPTV player app, then sign in with the login we send you. Have these three things ready:

Quick start — 3 steps
The universal way to get watching on almost any device:
Amazon Fire TV Stick
IPTV Smarters Pro isn't in the Amazon Appstore, so you install it with the free Downloader app. Prefer the store? TiviMate is available in the Appstore — just add your Xtream Codes login.
- Go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer options → Install unknown apps and turn it On for Downloader. (If Developer options is hidden, open Settings → My Fire TV → About and click the device name 7 times.)
- From the Fire Stick search, install the free Downloader app.
- Open Downloader, type the IPTV Smarters download link we provide, select Go, then Install.
- Open the app → Login with Xtream Codes API → enter any name plus your Username, Password and Server URL.
- Tap Add User → open Live TV and enjoy.
Samsung & LG smart TV
- Open your TV's store (Samsung Tizen Store or LG Content Store) and install Smart IPTV (or IBO Player).
- Open the app and note the MAC address it shows on screen.
- On a phone or computer, go to siptv.app → Upload playlist, enter that MAC and paste your M3U URL, then send.
- Reopen the app on your TV — your channels load automatically.

iPhone, iPad & Android
- Install IPTV Smarters Pro from the App Store (iPhone 8+/iOS 14+) or Google Play (Android).
- Open it and choose Login with Xtream Codes API.
- Enter any name, then your Username, Password and Server URL.
- Tap Add User — then browse Live TV, Movies and Series.
Apple TV, Android boxes, MAG & Formuler
Install IPTVX, iPlayTV or GSE Smart IPTV, then add your playlist via Xtream Codes or M3U URL.
Use TiviMate or IPTV Smarters Pro — Add playlist → Xtream Codes → enter server URL, username and password.
In Settings, enter the portal URL we provide (Formuler: use MyTVOnline), then reboot — channels load automatically.
Open your M3U link in VLC, or use the IPTV Smarters desktop app.
Finding your way around the app
- Live TV — browse channels by category (Sport, Movies, News, Kids, by country).
- TV Guide (EPG) — see what's on now and next; enable it in Settings if it's empty.
- Movies & Series — the on-demand library, searchable by genre.
- Favourites — long-press a channel to pin the ones you watch most.
- Playback — switch quality (4K / FHD / HD), audio track and subtitles from the player.
Troubleshooting
Most issues are quick to fix. Try these before reaching out:
| Problem | Fix |
|---|---|
| Buffering / freezing | Check your speed (25 Mbps for 4K). Use a wired connection or 5 GHz Wi-Fi, close other apps, and try a lower quality. |
| Can't log in | Re-check the username, password and server URL exactly as sent (no extra spaces). Confirm your subscription is active. |
| No channels / empty list | Refresh or reload the playlist in the app, or re-enter your M3U link, then restart the app. |
| No TV guide (EPG) | Enable EPG in Settings and wait a few minutes for it to download. |
| One channel won't play | Try another channel; some rotate or restart briefly. If it persists, tell us which one. |
| Picture quality is low | Select a higher stream (4K/FHD) in the player and check your connection speed. |

How long does setup take?
About five minutes on most devices — install an app, enter the login we send you, and you're watching.
Is IPTV Smarters on the Amazon Appstore?
No. On a Fire TV Stick you install it using the free Downloader app, or use TiviMate, which is available directly in the Appstore. Both work with your Xtream Codes login.
What login details will I get?
After purchase we send your Xtream Codes (username, password and server URL) plus an M3U link, by WhatsApp and email.
Which app should I use?
Fire Stick: TiviMate (from the store) or IPTV Smarters via Downloader. Android: IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate. Samsung/LG: Smart IPTV (via siptv.app). iPhone/iPad: IPTV Smarters Pro from the App Store. Apple TV: IPTVX, iPlayTV or GSE Smart IPTV.
Is there an extra charge for Smart IPTV on my Samsung/LG TV?
The Smart IPTV app itself is free for 7 days, then a one-time activation of about €5.49 per TV. That's a small app fee paid to the app maker — it's separate from your IBOMAX PRO subscription.
Do I need a smart TV?
No. Any device with an IPTV app works — or add an inexpensive Fire TV Stick to an older TV.
Do I need a VPN to set it up?
No, a VPN isn't required. If you choose to use one for privacy, pick a fast provider so it doesn't slow your streams.
It keeps buffering — what should I do?
Check your internet speed, switch to a wired connection or 5 GHz Wi-Fi, close other apps, and lower the stream quality. If it continues, message us.
Can I watch on more than one device?
Yes, with a multi-device plan — each device signs in with the same details and can watch at the same time.
