All IPTV subscriptions are delivered digitally, and activation details (Xtream Codes, M3U links, or login credentials) are generated immediately after purchase. Once these details are created and sent, the service is considered delivered, and no refunds can be issued.
2. Refund Eligibility Before Activation
A refund may be requested only if your activation details have not yet been generated or delivered. Our support team will verify the activation status before approving the refund.
3. No Refund After Activation
Once activation credentials have been issued, the order cannot be refunded. IPTV credentials are unique per user and cannot be revoked or reused once delivered.
4. Technical or Installation Issues
