1. Digital Delivery and Immediate Activation

Upon purchase, activation credentials such as Xtream Codes, M3U links, or app login information are generated and delivered digitally. Once these details are issued, the service is considered delivered and cannot be cancelled.

2. Cancellations Before Activation

If your subscription has not yet been activated or delivered, you may request a cancellation. Our support team will confirm whether the activation details were generated before processing your request.

3. Cancellations After Activation

Once activation details have been sent to your email or WhatsApp, the order becomes non-cancellable. Activated IPTV credentials cannot be reassigned or resold, which makes cancellation impossible at this stage.

4. Renewal Cancellations

IBOMAXPro.com does not use automatic renewals. You decide when to renew your subscription, so no cancellation request is required for renewals.
