Smarters Pro EPG Not Working – Fix Guide

Is your TV Guide (EPG) empty or not updating in IPTV Smarters Pro? It is annoying not knowing what is on TV.

📋 Why is EPG Missing?

Usually, it is one of these reasons:

• ✅ Update Needed: The app hasn’t downloaded the latest guide.
• ✅ Wrong URL: The EPG source link is broken.
• ✅ Cache Issue: The app is stuck on old data.

🔥 Fix 1: Force EPG Update

This works 90% of the time:

1. Open IPTV Smarters Pro.
2. Look for the Install EPG or Refresh EPG button on the main menu.
3. Click it and wait for the “EPG Updated” message.
4. Go to Live TV and check if the guide appears.

📱 Fix 2: Re-Login

If updating didn’t work, try logging in again:

1. Go to the main screen (where you see users).
2. Long press your user profile and delete it (or just add a new one).
3. Add your user again using Xtream Codes API.
4. This forces the app to download everything fresh.
