3. Digital Delivery and Activation

All IPTV subscriptions are delivered digitally. Activation details such as Xtream Codes or M3U links are generated after payment and sent via email or WhatsApp. Delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s contact response or app compatibility.

4. Subscription Duration and Renewals

Each subscription includes a fixed duration clearly stated at checkout. IBOMAXPro.com does not perform automatic renewals. Renewal is optional and only processed when you manually request it.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing accurate device and account information for activation.
  • You agree not to share your activation details with unauthorized users.
  • You are responsible for having a stable internet connection compatible with IPTV apps.
  • You must follow the installation steps provided to ensure proper functionality.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Once activation details have been issued, the subscription cannot be cancelled or refunded. If your activation has not yet been generated, you may request cancellation by contacting support.
